Having any one of these best tablet to write notes, books, or papers will make job of a writer much easier. Let us know if you have any questions about these 6 best writing tablets and we will promptly provide you with the answers.

Finally, we get complaints from time to time by grammar cops saying there are writing errors in the article. That makes complete sense as 99% of this page’s readers are professional writers and they see such errors like a lion sees an antelope. And they roar on comment section from time to time. But, we spend much more time to help people to get best possible gadget while saving money and less time on perfect grammar and punctuations. So, please excuse us in that department. Don’t forget to share!

  1. Many writer now need to prepare text for e-publishing and that means using MS Word. So for a writer the tablet operating system needs to be Windows or it will be necessary to export and reformat text on a Windows machine. Although Windows probably isn’t the best tablet OS, it may be the best option for writers. Then there is the issue of injury caused by being hunched up over a small tablet/laptop screen. It is common to find tablet/laptop users who have permanent damage to their neck and arm muscles because of constant tablet and laptop use.

  2. Can I download Openoffice on Lenovo Ideatab? Does it work well? If not, which of the tabs listed above would go well with Openoffice, and also provide good battery back up?

  3. The fact that fit-in-your pocket or bag, instant-on tablets and phablets require external keyboards for normal editing operations is proof that today’s programmers, those hotshot MIT and Standford graduates, don’t have a clue.

With no programmng skills to speak of, I can do better – conceptually – with one line of instruction operating on a single variable… assigned to a single button.
Give me two buttons and when it comes to raw text editing, I will not only beat all the text editing programs in iOS, Android and Microsoft (Lumia), but transcend them. In fact, I can give them better editing power than what’s presently available (by default) on made-in-Seattle software running on a sit-on-your-butt home computers.
